In collaboration with the client, consultant, and contractor, Eden Hotel & Spa undertook the supply and installation of a specialized kitchen ventilation system to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency. This installation features a custom stainless steel fume hood specifically designed to handle high-capacity cooking demands while ensuring optimal air quality and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
A distinctive feature of the restaurant is the air-conditioned buffet area where guests can directly view the kitchen through a large glass partition, offering a transparent and engaging culinary experience. This design allows guests not only to observe the chefs at work but also to access the kitchen area if needed, adding a unique interactive element to their dining experience.
