The (EHLS) / Elders Home for the Little Sisters of the Poor is a distinguished building project that earned the "Construction Excellence" award in 2004. The project involved the supply and installation of an advanced air conditioning and ventilation system alongside a carefully designed outdoor electrical system.

Air Conditioning and Ventilation: Installation of a HITACHI Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) Central Air Conditioning System to provide reliable, energy-efficient cooling for the entire facility, with central control to manage ventilation across different areas of the home.
Outdoor Electrical System: A specially designed outdoor electrical setup that meets strict security standards and provides elegant, functional lighting to enhance the building's appearance at night. This system incorporates underground cabling and feeder pillars to ensure minimal visual impact, preserving the architectural integrity and outdoor aesthetics of the property.
